After receiving numerous requests and encouragement from family and friends, I've made the bold decision to pursue my true passion wholeheartedly - sharing my love of pizza, bread, and pasta with others. However, it's not just about the food for me. It's about creating moments of joy, seeing the smiles on people's faces as they take a bite, and bringing loved ones together to create unforgettable memories. Pizza, the most universally recognized word in the world, is the perfect way to accomplish this goal.

The name "Alto" is deeply personal to me. First, it refers to my height - a characteristic that never fails to elicit comments from those around me. Second, it pays homage to my parents Alfonso and Loretta, as well as my wife Antonina, whose names all contain the letter "A". Lastly, the "TO" represents Toronto, the city where I began a new chapter in my life almost 10 years ago.

My mission is simple: to bring the authentic Italian experience of wood-fired pizza to your events.
